#2319 09/08/05 Acrylic Frames Instructions
Card #2319 The die cuts, plastic buttons and note box are on the outside of the frame.

Even though this is only a Halloween design, it is easy to just swap out the October calendar for a new one next year.

Card #2318 Finished Frame

The images, calendar, beads and post it notes are attached to the front of the frame.
#2317 09/08/05 Acrylic Frames Instructions
Card #2317 This shows the background paper, with the matte frame for the post it notes, that go inside the frame.

Two strips of purple paper are on either side because the frame is actually 11.5" wide and my checked paper is only 11" wide.
#2316 09/08/05 Acrylic Frames Instructions
Card #2316 Finished version.

Always attach the post it to the outside of the frame and not on any other paper layer.

Any framing paper layer should go inside the frame attached to the background paper.
#2315 09/08/05 Acrylic Frames Instructions
Card #2315 This shows the items that have been attached to the outside of the frame.

The beads, of course, the stamp out and the post it pads. Always attach the pads to just the frame itself, making sure that it is clean of smudges and prints so it adheres well. Use only a portion of the pad so it is not to heavy.

Sometimes you can put the images inside, with the background paper, and sometimes they can go on the outside. Your personal choice.
#2314 09/08/05 Acrylic Frames Instructions
Card #2314 The clip art image and the calendar are attached on the outside. Usually putting the image on the outside creates dimension and also allows you to extend the image beyond the restriction of the frame size. Makes small frames look bigger.

The background paper and any decoration or matte framing (for the calendars and post it notes) are slipped inside the frame.
#2312 09/08/05 Acrylic Frames Instructions
Card #2312 Finished version using a calendar AND a note pad.
#2311 09/08/05 Acrylic Frames Instructions
Card #2311 Background paper slips inside the frame.

THIS calendar is a single page one and can be replaced very easily when the month changes, by taking the old one off and gluing the other in place. I use a small dab of stick glue so the old one comes off without tearing the blue paper.

If you had a multi-page calendar, it would go on the outside of the frame instead of inside.

It is always fun to stamp a coordinating stamp image in the pages of the post it notes. You can stamp only the top or you can do all the pages, but be careful that the pages do not come off. Use a coordinating but lighter shade of the paper color so you can still use the sheets of paper.
