My Grand Calibur just broke :x I fed the base plate, cutting plate, Cherry Designs die, and a piece of cardstock. All of a sudden...boinggggg! something is loose inside. I don't know if they'll fix it for me or not. I've only had it 4 months. Has this happened to anyone else???

Call them! It is under warranty and they will back it up. WOW!

I sent them an e-mail yesterday, they called me today. They are paying for UPS return and they will fix & return. Whew! A load off my back. I was afraid they wouldn't do anything.
