I have a long counter top on each side of the room with drawers below to hold stamps. The drawers are labeled. My laptop sits on the counter right in the middle. |

Right side of the two shelving units. They used to belong to my son, which held his VCR Tapes. Now that he has converted to DVD's, mom has confiscated the shelves. He is not getting them back now. |

Along the East wall. Large shelving units hold my uncontrolled paper collection. The light table was made by DH several years ago, which I now only use once in a while, since the Cuttlebug has come into my life. |

South wall. We have a 16x40 greenhouse on the front of the house which the stamp room opens into. Nice light all year around and access to the living space so DH can sit and do his TV-ing while I am close by.
Below the counter are drawers and drawers full of stamps. |

It has been a weekend of organizing. My DH built me this rolling cart YEARS ago and I used it regularly. Then it made it's way to the closet and was basically a collection station. WELLLL, this weekend I decided the Stamp Room was a MESSSSS and it was time to organize. He built me the ribbon rack and boxes for each of the slots in the rolling cart that I can pull out to access the contents. It sits right here by my work table and can be rolled to another location if necessary. Such a nice man.
I will take updated pics of the entire room as soon as I get all the junk put away. Anyone want to come and clean my bathroom and do my laundry so I can finish?? No??? |

NEW Ribbon Rack DH made me today.
It is in my closet on the wall and holds all of my ribbon rolls.
He had to make a 2nd one to accommodate them all.
He said I have too much stuff. He is just noticing that NOW???!!!

Here is a close up of the shelves. They slant forward slightly so that all sizes will fit and I can store extra rolls behind the front.
