another variation on the baby card I made.
Ribbon treatment is different. I wrapped a flat piece under the oval and taped it down. The I tied the bows separately on each side of the oval.
My son has made me a blank Chart for pencil colors to use when working. It includes spaces for all 132 colors available, and I printed mine on the paper I use the most. VERY handy to have.

I used Arial font and repeated it and added the name in the same font using capitals.
Die Cut tag is from Cuttlebug.
Name stamp is from Karen Foster-Snap Stamps
Heart is an old Hero Arts stamp.

Baby Thank you note to a friend who have me a gift for Emily.
I printed the writing on the front of cardstock on the printer and cut to fit my format.
Font is Doodle Tipsy
Paper is from Hobby Lobby-Americaan Crafts-Booties. It is 2 sided so I used the reverse side for the layering. |

I made this for my parents announcing the gender of our first granchild. My DIL and oldest Son found out yesterday and it is a GIRL!!!
We had three sons and this is the 2nd best news we could have aside from that of a HEALTHY newborn. My son said he isn't 100% sure that it is a girl, but he gave me the go-ahead to tell everyone, so you know I am going to! He has officially unleased the pink explosion and said I could even teach her to craft! Such a good boy.
Stamp is from Image Tree and it is colored with pastel pencils. |
