I cut down another coaster to make dividers. I applied white craft glue to the sides and bottom to secure them in place.

A happy accident occured when I punched too may coasters with too many holes, and instead of recovering another one with more paper for the bottom which has NO holes, I just used the punched one to make the dividers and tied ribbon in the holes, like on the sides.

This takes a bit of figuring out to make it work, but once the first one was done, the rest will be easy. I have seen some with candy in them, and what is better than CANDY!
