A2- Make the ruffled edging using a scallop punch. Punch the design on a 12" piece of paper and run it through a corrugator. Apply glue tape to the back of the circle and scrunch up the ruffle a bit, then adhere to the circle.

This is double embossed. Run the paper thru the CB with the swiss dots first, and then a second pass with the butterflies folder.
