4 1/2" square tri-fold envelope with pull out insert card.

Cut 2 sided printed paper at 4 1/2" x 12". Score at 4 1/2" and 9". Mark the flap, measuring 2 1/4" from the left edge along the top, and 3" down, to create the "triangle" shape on the flap. Draw light pencil lines and cut. To create the lace edging, start with a 6" square of paper and punch the corner first and then the edges. Position the piece of paper to fit the flap and then trim as needed. Glue the lace "card" to the inside of the flap.

The insert piece measures 3 3/4" x 5 1/2"
