Martha Stewart Punches: I punched the BOO border in black first along the top of the black card layer, then again in white and then orange glitter paper, and cut out the shapes and glued them into place with Quickie Glue Pen.

I cut the top part off, that incorporates the flap area, 1 1/4" to create the lid

I cut the paper at 4 1/2" x 12" and scored at 3" 6" and 9" with another score line at 1 1/2" along one long edge. Cut like the one on the instructions, except that I did not add the 1/2" overlap tab, because the paper is not long enough, but once glued to the top it is fine.
