Beckett Expression Cardstock is a perfect choice for this technique. It is a super smooth bright white cardstock that allows very nice application of Prisma Colored Pencils and Gamsol.

call them to ask for the Radiance Beckett Expression 80 lb cardstock.
It is not listed on their website.

Georgia Pacific CS from Walmart works fine too.
