Some of you are emailing me about the warning labels on the Gamsol Bottles. Let me first say, that Gamsol is TOXIC, and should be used with caution around children and pets.

I have been researching safer alternatives to Gamsol, and that has led me in the direction of a product called Zest-It. I have a sample coming from the UK, that is safer, non toxic and less worry than the Gamsol.

Someone else has also told me that they tried Goo Gone, among other label adhesive removers, and I tried Goo Gone Spray Gel (Walmart) this morning. Surprisingly, it actually worked. Here is the VERY close up sample I did with it, and I was pleasantly surprised. I will continue to use the Gamsol because I like the way it works the best, but for those who have health concerns or kidlet concerns, the Goo Gone Spray Gel seems to be a safer alternative. I will report on the Zest It when IT arrives! Please read the warnings on the GGG label too.
