Clear Acetate Candy Bag from Impact Images/ClearBags.com
The one I ordered is FG4 Flat Bottom Gusset Bags 4" x 2 1/2" x 8"

They come in lots of sizes and are NICE for food gifts. They also have clear card boxes that I will be using to make gift card sets. Those will be posted later.

Cut the cover at 4" wide and 12" long.
Then score at 1 3/4" and 4 1/2" from one end at 2 1/8" from the other end to create the cover that comes up around the back of the bag. The scallop cut edge is made using the slit punch from Stampin up. Slit punch cut each end and since it is inverted when you cut it, trim off the slit punched section and glued it to the end edges of the cardstock, reversed, so that the scallops face out. Does that make sense? When you do it, you will know what I am describing.
