Magic Colored Pencil Technique a.k.a. Gamsol Magic

Cloud 9 Design Heart Rain Dots

Punch a series of hearts along the bottom edge of the top white cardstock layer. Glue a strip of red paper inside the card to align with the heart punch outs so that when it is closed, the color shows. Rain Dot Hearts are stuck to the red strip inside to decorate.
