Gamsol Magic Stardust Stickles White acrylic paint dots on the scarf I partially embossed the snowflake border by laying 1" strips of 1/8" red rubber gasket around the edges of the folder. That gasket redistributes the pressure of the design onto those strips and just embosses the areas that it touches, thus the framed area.
