Gamsol Magic Pre-embossed Card stock from Lasting Impressions-Seaside Foldover Notes I stamped and colored the folded note, then cut it in half so I could punch the holes iat the top for the ribbon. Then layered it to blue checked paper and then a 5.5" square folded card.
