Cut the paper at 8" wide and 5" long, score at  2" and 6". Fold the 2 short portions toward the center and lay the heart Nestabilities die on the folds so that right and left edges are not cut, to create a gate fold heart shaped card. Emboss the entire thing, while closed.

Cut another heart out of white cardstock and stamp and color your image. Trim the sides of the heart enough for it to fit inside the folded card so that the sides close properly. Also trim down the bottom portion of the heart on each side so that it fits a little better too. Trimming down those sides will make the heart smaller at the top rounded parts, automagically, so you don't actually have to trim that part at all. Glue that into place and then glue the whole folded card onto a scallop cut heart as shown.
