Cheery Lynn: Cut 2 sets of the petals and "cup" the petals with a quilling tool, before assembling with a small brad. The center petals need to be squished tighter together to create the center bud. Make sure the petals are off set so the don't all align, once they are the way you like them. Add a dot of glue in the center to keep things nice and tight. I rubber banded the whole thing together until the glue dried. I have several flower dies and punches but I really like these because they have a hole in the middle where you insert a brad and you dont have to fiddle around with the strips of petals.
