Cut black cardstock at
9” x 3 1/2”
Score at 1/2”, 2 “, 3 1/2 “, 5 “, and 6 1/2”

Fold at all score lines except the last one. That line will be a guide for you to square up the box.

Do not fold on the 6 1/2 inch line.

Cut a Second piece 4 1/4 x 6” to create a slide out box.

Score at one and 3/8 on all four sides.  on opposite ends, cut on the score line to the first intersected score line. This is the common nine square box. Fold those up glue the tabs together and then I cut a half circle on each short end to be able to slide the box in and out.
