5 1/2" x 4 3/4" tall folded. Cut the white base at 5 1/2" square. Score at 2 3/4" and fold in half. Cut a 3" circle in the middle front with the card base folded. Cut the doily base and then cut a 3" circle die in the center of the doily die. Glue that to the folded card base. Xyron the black glitter paper and cut the Birthday Circle die. Add a piece of acetate to the back of the doily (I used a laminating sheet) and stick the Birthday die to the front of the doily. Add puffy heart stickers.
