The pouch is made from a piece of 2 3/4" X 8 1/2" cardstock Score lines at 3 3/4" and 4 3/4" from the top of one short end of the cardstock. Fold at score lines Tape a goodie inside of the pouch in a plastic bag and punch holes in the top of the pouch and thread some ribbon through the holes. |
