Morning Star Stamps Solid Punpkin I11 Art Stamp Express Happy Halloween A172 Inky Antics Smiley Corn 2890E Bat Button from Dress It Up The dot paper is from Paper Patch. I laminated it to black cardstock with the Xyron. This is one of those candy pouches with a flat bottom. Original idea from Morning Star Stamps The pouch is made from a piece of 2 3/4" X 8 1/2" the cardstock. Fold at score lines Tape a goodie inside of the pouch in a cardstock Score lines at 3 3/4" and 4 3/4" from the top of one short end of plastic bag and punch holes in the top of the pouch and thread some ribbon through the holes.
