Thanks to my WONDERFUL son Jordan, we have some templates for your use. They are obtainable on Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have that, we have provided a link to the site. They are for personal use only, and not for mass reproduction. NOTES-is printed on a portrait format (8.5X11") with 4 copies per sheet. Please test print to make necessary adjustments as every printer is different. PLEASE NOTE that this graphic does NOT appear as it will print, so check it first. There cannot be any technical support through this site from Jordan for these templates, as he is a full time college student and also works part time so this is just a complimentary template for your use.
