To Attach the Beads:
Take a piece of white wire, run it thru the holes in the button first, twist it and cut it off on the back of the button, then attach the beads, then the other button. Snuggle up the beads so there isn't too much wiggle room and twist the wire and cut. Flatten the wires, then use the pink super stick tape to attach them to the card. That stuff should work good but glue would be fine, too, if you have more drying time.
