#2385 This is a birth announcement for my granddaughters Bedroom. The picture measures 8.5"x11". I made the daisy petals separately, using the bubbles Cuttlebug Embossing Folder and then trimmed them out with dark pink Bazzill paper.
The stem is grosgrain ribbon, and the leaves are Bazzill paper and embossed with the mosaic embossing folder.
The flower center is cut from a 1.25" circle punch and the outer circle is cut with a 1.5" circle punch then fringe cut around the edges.It is embossed with "Our Baby" onto Light Pink Bazzill and chalked the words with darker pink chalk.
I glued tiny pearlescent beads to the petals of the flower.
The scalloped edging is done using the slit punch from Stampin Up.
The tiny rosebud BG paper is from Frances Meyer.
I am going to have DH make a white wood frame for me.
