#3608 Tri-fold card
Cut at 4.25" x 11". Score at 3" (top fold) and 4"( bottom fold). This can be altered to fit the A2 envelope. I goofed and it came out smaller.
The scallops were made using a 3/4" circle punch, and aligned each circle next to each other, glued in place on the underneath side and trimmed the card down at the edges. Start in the middle and work outward, using as many circles as needed to complete the row. I hid underneath the circles with a ribbon.
