Cut paper 4" x 12" Score at 4" and 8" on the 12" side. Trim off one end, shorter, with scallop scissors for decorative a edge. Add a strip of white paper under the scalloped edge.
Cut a piece of paper 3" x 5" for the inside pocket. I made half circle cuts (Stampin Up slit punch) on each 3" side, in the middle each piece, pushing the punch all the way in. Position the piece inside the holder and trim the edges off so it does not hang over. That measurement will fit a gift card securely.
Cut a band of paper to keep the holder closed.
