Punch 2 hearts. Decorate one with a stamp design. Fill the acetate bag with mini M&M's. (These are the small bags of mini M&M's in the Valentine Candy section at Walmart-too cute)

Use 3 brads to attach the two hearts together so that the candy tube can slip in and out. GREAT for classroom parties.
