 | #4379 Cute little witch hat candy treat. Original idea is from Tnkerbele on SCS. Cut a 3 1/2" circle for the top. Cut the circle in half and form a cone. Glue together. Cut a 2" scalloped circle for the base. Decorate the hat base with a thin strip of paper (too fussy) or glitter glue. You can make the hat portion a little larger to house a mini reese's pb cup or something smaller. I used a Hershey's kiss. |
