#4384 This is a candy bag made using scrapbook paper. Cut a 6" x 12" piece of paper and wrap it around a pudding box (or any box to fit the paper), gluing the bottom closed and leaving the top opened. Make it as long or as short as you want and you can also decorative punch the top before taping together. Finished size is 2 7/8" x 5 1/4"
The orange strips of paper are made with a crimper and Martha Stewart Fringe Scissors! They cut 4 thin strips of paper all in one cut!
