Sizzix:

Emboss the wording first on a separate piece of paper and position on the front of the single layer of cardstock. Mark with a pencil line and emboss the hearts folder to the lines on the top and the bottom. Glue the middle piece of embossed paper onto the long piece and trim so it looks like one continuous embossing. Tie a bow around that layer and glue that layer to a folded card. Add the pearls.
