Saw this on SCS by Lorri Heiling. This is my version.

1" x 8" Acetate Candy Bag

Cut a brown paper bag 3" x 16". Cut 1/2" slits from one end up to about 5/8" from the top. Add adhesive along the uncut long edge and wrap around the filled candy tube. Add a ribbon bow and a small tag with any saying. I printed this one on the computer and punched with a tag punch.

SO SO CUTE!
