I bought a SU Milk Carton Die to use in September's Card Class and subsequently searched the web for Punch Board Ideas, when I came across a very talented and charming Demonstrator from the UK who posted directions for milk cartons made using the Score Pal. So here is my version using my measurements and if you would like to view her tutorial, HERE it is. The actual cutting starts at :55 minute mark.

This is the same size as her tutorial BUT the one measurement was listed incorrectly on her video, so the corrected ones are as follows:

Cut the paper at 5 1/2" x 8 1/4"

Score long side at 1 7/8", 3 3/4", 5 5/8" and 7 1/2".

Score the short side at 1 7/8", 3 3/4", and 5"

Follow her tutorial for the cutting and folding directions.
