I bought a SU Milk Carton Die to use in September's Card Class and subsequently searched the web for Punch Board Ideas, when I came across a very talented and charming Demonstrator from the UK who posted directions for milk cartons made using the Score Pal. The actual cutting starts at :55 minute mark.

Cut the paper at 9 1/2" x 10 1/2"
Score long side at 3/4", 2 3/4", 7", 9"
Score the short side at 2 1/2", 5" and 7 1/2"
Follow her tutorial for the cutting and folding directions.
