Oak Leaf Paper Punch. Any shape would work with this card style.

Cut paper at 7 5/16 x 8 1/2. Fold in half. Cut the pieces off as follows:

The cut edge from the fold is 1 3/4" down and the small strip at the bottom is 1/2".  Emboss the 3 leaves with different folders and starting with the middle leaf, glue the bottom tips of the leaves along the 1/2" strip, spacing them evenly. Align that to the cut card body and glue the top tips of the leaves to the larger card part. Cut a piece of printed scrapbook paper the size of half the card and glue that to the inside of the card, just along the top so it is free along the bottom inside edge. Stamp a word saying and then glue a piece of ribbon to the card as shown.
