Original Pattern idea came from Stamping with Dawn's Videos

I used a 7/8" circle punch instead of a 1" used in the video.

Cut the orange card base at 4 1/4" x 11". Score in half. Punch a 7/8" hole on each side front of the patterned paper which is cut at 3 3/4" x 5". Cut the holes to create a slot. 3D pop dot that to the white layer cut at 4" x 5 1/4", laying a strip of 3D pop dot close to the cut openings on the top and the bottom.
