Finished size is 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" Cut the paper at 4 1/4" x 11". Score at 2 1/2" and 8". Die cut the snowflake border and glue it to the top edge of the folded card. The die set comes with a separate snowflake that I 3D pop dotted over the center snowflake.
