Modified gatefold slimline card
8 1/2” x 11” paper. Score mountain fold at 1 1/2”, valley fold at 3 1/2”, valley fold at 7 1/2”, and a mountain fold at 9 1/2”
Long lacy edge die is unbranded.
Mark the middle of the card on the long edge with a pencil. Cut both short edges of the card with the lacy die. Then score the mountain and valley folds measuring off of the middle mark.

I have a big shot pro so I was able to cut the edge die on that since it is so long. You can modify the cutting and still have the same slimline card.

Embossing folder is branded. The embossed panels are 2” x 8 1/2”. Emboss and glue in place.
