Not sure what this is called but it measures 5 1/2" tall and 3 3/4" folded without embellishments.
Cut the paper at 5 1/2" x 8 1/2". Score valley fold at 2". Mountain fold at 3 3/8", Mountain fold at 5 1/8" and a Valley fold at 6 1/2".
