Red and Black checked scrapbook paper for the layers                                                            

1” black cardstock band for closure

Gold cardstock buckle

10 1/8” x   3 ¾” white card. Score in half and fold for the inside

 

 

Die cut and glue the layers. Wrap the band around the card snug enough for closure. Add the gold buckle. Glue the top folded card inside to add the gift card with a glue dot or two.
