Stamped bear design

Lacy white die cut oval

1 ¾” printed scrapbook paper- cut 2 total, coordinating patterns

At the 2” and 5” marks on the card front, make a vertical cut across the front ONLY to the fold mark. Cut away that front middle section to create a space for wording on the INSIDE of the card. Glue the coordinating scrapbook paper to those two front panels. Color the bear design and cut around the shape. Die cut the lacy oval and 3D pop dot that to the card front so that the card opens properly. Add the bear die cut to the lacy oval. Add stamped designs. I used Copic RV55 for the balloon colors to match the decorative paper
