Cut the paper at 13.5" x 6.5"

I have large 11"x17" paper from a printer. You can also size this down or cut two halves and overlap at the back.

Score at 4 1/2" and 9" and then 1/2" all along the long side of the card. See the next photo on the cutting instruction for the bottom edge.
