I made my own box to hold loose notes for acrylic frame note holder. This one measures 4"x6". If you want the pattern, post on the message board and I can send a scan. The apple stencil is from Lasting Impressions and I used Bazzil paper. Printed school paper is from Provo Craft at Michael's. I got the loose notes from Party America and fashioned the design around the note paper. You can also make your own notes (stamp them) to coordinate.
